Stay in Marseille in this magnificent 32 m2 apartment with 1 bedroom, air conditioning, a very large terrace with an unobstructed view of the Marseille hills and a private parking space. Just 800m from the beaches and close to the Calanques!
Space
Our 32 m² apartment on Boulevard du Sablier, on the 1st floor with elevator of a recent luxury residence, is ideal for a stay in Marseille. Bright and airy, it features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room and terrace overlooking the Calanques hills. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space. A private underground parking space is available. Close to restaurants, shops, Prado Beach (800 m), Parc Borély (700 m), and Stade Vélodrome (15 min by bus or 10 min by bike). Mobility leases from 1 to 10 months (students, employees in training or on professional mobility schemes). Quiet residence, please respect the peace and quiet (no noise, no parties).
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located in a residential area of Marseille, right next to the beaches, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city by public transport (bus 1 min walk away). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. By public transport (bus), you can visit the museums (Mucem, Musée Cantini, Palais du Pharo), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches (Pointe Rouge beach is 15 min away on foot and Prado beach is 10 min away). Parc Borély is less than 10 min away on foot, and the Calanques are 10 min away by car. Near our accommodation, you'll find many restaurants and bars (Red Lion) to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for shopping (Carrefour Bonneveine).
