Villa Oliva is a small and warm holiday home, located in the untouched nature of the place Musalez, only 4 km from Porec and the beach.
The house was built in 2012 and renovated in 2016. On its own enclosed property offers to its guests groomed garden, swimming pool of 24 sqm with loungers, summer kitchen with dining table, terrace with sitting furniture and parking for two cars.
Holiday home for 2 guests consist of air-conditioned ground floor with living room with fireplace, sofa, dining table, kitchen, double bedroom and shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
