Welcome to Casa Vivo, a charming retreat in the quiet village of Labinci near Pore. This holiday home for 8 guests has been designed with a blend of traditional character and modern comfort and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere. With its wooden beams and open fireplace, Casa Vivo exudes a cosy charm that is complemented by a modern kitchen and spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Set on a fenced plot, you will enjoy a private outdoor pool, a covered terrace with dining area, a barbecue and convenient parking for two vehicles. The village of Katelir-Labinci, very close by, offers everything you need, from shops and restaurants to local wine and olive oil routes. For the more adventurous, a 10-minute drive leads to exciting attractions such as a paragliding track, a modern go-kart racing circuit and the lively holiday resort of Lanterna with its pebble beaches and leisure facilities. Casa Vivo is spread over two air-conditioned floors and offers 155 m² of living space designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Please note that no youth groups or stag or hen parties are accepted at this property. A youth group at this property consists of persons aged 26 years or under.
