This 25m² studio comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The apartment is south-facing, with direct access to the slopes from the ski room.

Space
La petite conciergerie offers you this magnificent 4-person studio located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Massif des Bauges, at 1500m altitude in the Revard resort. The studio is fully equipped for a pleasant, comfortable stay.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a hob, a Nespresso coffee machine and even a raclette machine for convivial evenings. The living room includes a pull-out bed with a real mattress, as well as a TV with video library and board games for relaxing moments.
In addition to the foldaway bed, you'll also find two bunk beds to comfortably accommodate 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
To take full advantage of the surroundings, a terrace with table and chairs lets you enjoy meals al fresco while admiring the view of the magnificent alpine landscape.
Ideally located above the ski school and sports store, you have easy access to outdoor activities. At Le Revard, there's plenty to do:
- Downhill and cross-country skiing in winter.
- Hiking and mountain biking in summer.
- Paragliding
- Snowshoeing and dog-sledding in winter.
- Climbing and via ferrata
- Swimming at Lac du Bourget, France's largest natural lake, 25 minutes away.
300m higher up, the Revard belvedere offers a breathtaking view of Lac du Bourget and the surrounding mountains.

Access
From floor -1 you have direct access to the slopes. The children's ski school is just below the apartment.
Interaction
The small concierge team will be on hand to give you a warm welcome and carefully prepare the apartment to suit your needs. Bed linen is provided, but don't forget to bring your own towels.
Neighborhood
Located in the heart of the Massif des Bauges, a UNESCO-listed park with the Ecopark label, at an altitude of 1,500 m, halfway between Chambéry and Aix-les-Bains (25 min).
Transit
In summer and winter, the mountain line takes you up to Le Revard from the station. Ask us for information.
