Situated at an altitude of 1,800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood-and-stone residence offering magnificent panoramic views over the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding mountains.
Right in the geographic center of Les Orres 1800 resort, it's ideally located opposite the tourist office, the ESF and ESI offices, and just a few steps from the trailheads and hiking trails. The day-care center is also just a few hundred meters away, where you can drop off your piou-pious.
You'll find modern, comfortable accommodation ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with balconies overlooking the valley or the slopes and summits.
Le Balcon des Airelles boasts an indoor heated swimming pool for non-skiers of all ages. The pool is open only in season, this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024 and this winter from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025.
The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rent if required.
This attractive 61m², south-facing 3-room duplex apartment is set back slightly from the central square of Les Orres 1800 in the large Balcon des Airelles residence for a quiet stay.
It is accessible via the building's main entrance, without using the elevator.
It features an entrance hall with storage space, a living room with sofa bed and TV, a dining room - fitted kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and a shower room, and a balcony with a magnificent view over the Mazelière valley.
The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, raclette machine, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer, for a comfortable stay.
Sleeping facilities include a 140x190cm sofa bed in the living room, two 90x190cm bunk beds in the first bedroom, a 140x190cm double bed and additional TV in the second bedroom, and a third 140x190cm double bed upstairs, for a total capacity of 8 people.
You'll be less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, as well as from the start of the ski slopes, and in summer just a few hundred meters from mountain bike trails and the first footpaths.
