Vacation rental in Puy Saint Vincent, in the heart of the slopes at 1800m, lovely semi-detached 3-bedroom chalet of good quality with terrace and balcony, furnished and equipped for 8 people. RESIDENCE LE PARC AUX ÉTOILES SWIMMING POOL AND SAUNA.
SURFACE AREA: 62m² (62 sq. ft.)
- Ground floor: entrance with cupboard and WC, bedroom with bunk bed and shower cubicle.
- Second floor: kitchen equipped with dishwasher, 4 hotplates, microwave or mini oven (depending on chalet), kettle, coffee maker, toaster. A living room with a sofa-bed opening onto a south-facing terrace.
- Second floor: bedroom with 2 single beds opening onto a small balcony, bedroom with double bed, closet and cupboard. Bathroom and separate WC.

Larch wood and local stone, the Parc aux étoiles is a luxury ski-in/ski-out residence nestled in the very heart of the ski area. In winter, enjoy the year-round heated swimming pool and its snow-covered surroundings. In summer, the snow gives way to the terrace with its deckchairs and parasols. You're just a stone's throw from hiking trails, the Bike Park, the summer toboggan run, and a few steps from the accrobranche (tree climbing) and climbing sites.
