There's nothing better than spending your holidays by the sea and just a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Albufeira. ROSA GUEST HOUSE has only 6 apartments and all managed by the owner. This accommodation for 4 people consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds). Bathroom fully equipped, american kitchen, TV, Internet. For those traveling without a car or intending not to use one, ROSA GUEST HOUSE will be the property to book.
Built in a rustic building and with an impeccable location, this accommodation measuring about 60 m2 has a large living room with 2 sofas, fireplace, dining table, TV and internet connection. The balcony occupies the entire property, and you can enjoy the beauty of the sea whether from the bedrooms or the living room. Fully equipped american kitchen, bathroom with bathtub.
Guests will have exclusive access to the property and the “rooftop” with superb views of the ocean.

We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:
• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm to midnight: 45 euros | After midnight: 90 euros
• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros
Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay
• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay
Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.
Final cleaning fee: (to be paid on the day of arrival)

A security deposit of 100 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7/10 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
