Situated at an altitude of 1,800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood-and-stone residence offering magnificent panoramic views over the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding mountains.
Right in the geographic center of Les Orres 1800 resort, it's ideally located opposite the tourist office, the ESF and ESI offices, and just a few steps from the trailheads and hiking trails. The day-care center is also just a few hundred meters away, where you can drop off your piou-pious.
You'll find modern, comfortable accommodation ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with balconies overlooking the valley or the slopes and summits.
Le Balcon des Airelles boasts an indoor heated swimming pool for non-skiers of all ages. The pool is open only in season, this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024 and this winter from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025.
The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rent if required.
This renovated 3-room 68m² duplex apartment is located slightly away from the main square of Les Orres 1800, offering you a quiet stay in the heart of the resort. Facing west, this apartment enjoys an exceptional view of the mountains and forests in which Les Orres is nestled.
The apartment is accessible via the building's main entrance using elevator 1.
It features an entrance hall with storage space, a living room with sofa bed and TV, a dining room - fitted kitchen, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath), and a large balcony with garden furniture offering an unobstructed view of La Mazelière, so you can enjoy the mountain air in the sun at your leisure.
You'll be able to travel with peace of mind thanks to the equipment on hand: all kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, vacuum cleaner and television.
Sleeping facilities include a 140x190cm sofa bed in the living room, a 140x190cm double bed in the first upstairs bedroom, and four 80x190cm bunk beds in the second upstairs bedroom, to accommodate up to 8 people.
You'll be located in the heart of the resort, less than 200 meters from the shops (restaurants, mini-market, laundromat, etc.) and less than 100 meters from the slopes.
You'll also be just a few hundred meters from the first hiking trails, and can walk down to Les Orres 1650 in just ten minutes on a footpath winding through the forest.
