The Chalets de Bois Méan Building C residence offers peace and panoramic views, thanks to its location facing the surrounding larch trees and peaks.
Away from the main road, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of Les Orres.
Ideally located, you'll be just a short stroll from ski schools, hiking/snowshoeing and mountain-biking trails and the resort center, where you'll find a wide range of shops and entertainment.
You're sure to appreciate the heated indoor pool and jaccuzzi in Building A, where you can relax with family and friends. The pool is open only in season, this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024 and this winter from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025.
This magnificent 55m² 3-room mountain duplex apartment is located on the heights of Les Orres 1800 and benefits from free access to the residence's heated indoor pool.
Facing east and located on the second floor of its building, it offers a magnificent view of the entire resort, its peaks, its slopes and, looking to the left, the peaks facing the resort to the north and the valley of Lac de Serre-Ponçon below.
The apartment comprises an entrance hall with storage space, an upstairs living room with sofa bed and TV, a dining room - fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a sleeping area, separate WC, two bathrooms, one with bath, and a large balcony with garden furniture for outdoor dining.
The accommodation includes a wide range of equipment to enable you to travel light: all kitchen utensils for preparing tasty meals at the end of the day, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, raclette machine, etc.
In terms of sleeping arrangements, you'll find a 140x190cm sofa bed in the living room, a 140x190cm double bed in the ground-floor bedroom, which also benefits from an extra TV for breakfast in bed or so that everyone can enjoy their TV programs, a 140x190cm double bed in the upstairs bedroom, and two 80x190cm bunk beds in the upstairs sleeping area, to accommodate up to 8 people in total.
You'll be located on the heights of the resort, less than 50 meters from the lift desks, around 200 meters from the resort center and its small shops (restaurants, bars, mini-market and regional products, etc.), and less than 200 meters from the slopes. You'll also be just a few hundred meters from the first hiking trails.
You can also visit the 1650 resort and its additional shops by taking the footpath through the larch forest.
