The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This magnificent apartment has been refurbished and decorated in a warm, modern style. It is located in the central square of Les Orres 1800 in the "Les Valérianes" building, close to the resort's shops and activities.
Facing north-east and located on the second floor, it offers an exceptional view over the valley of Lac de Serre-Ponçon and the town of Embrun, with the larch trees in the foreground. It is accessible from Place Jean Rippert or from the parking lot via the elevator or stairs.
This 35 m² 3-room apartment comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a living room with large corner sofa and TV, a dining room - fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate WC, and a balcony with garden furniture and artificial grass to enjoy a morning coffee while admiring the view.
The apartment is fully equipped so you can travel light with: kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave grill, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, vacuum cleaner and raclette machine.
You'll enjoy a restful night's sleep thanks to new, high-comfort bedding: two 140 x 190 cm double beds stacked on top of each other in the first bedroom, and a large 160 x 190 cm double bed in the second bedroom, as you enter on your right, sleeping up to 6 people.
You'll be ideally located, directly above the main square in Les Orres 1800, close to the various activities and events organized on the resort square, just a few steps from all the shops (restaurants, bars, mini-market and regional products, equipment rentals, etc.) and the start of the slopes.
And don't forget to visit Les Orres 1650 resort and its additional shops in just ten minutes on foot, by taking the footpath through the forest, which starts at the foot of your residence.
