Situated at an altitude of 1,800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood-and-stone residence offering magnificent panoramic views over the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding mountains.
Right in the geographic center of Les Orres 1800 resort, it's ideally located opposite the tourist office, the ESF and ESI offices, and just a few steps from the trailheads and hiking trails. The day-care center is also just a few hundred meters away, where you can drop off your piou-pious.
You'll find modern, comfortable accommodation ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with balconies overlooking the valley or the slopes and summits.
Le Balcon des Airelles boasts an indoor heated swimming pool for non-skiers of all ages. The pool is open only in season, this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024 and this winter from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025.
The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rent if required.
This beautifully redecorated 3-room, 68 m² duplex apartment is set back slightly from the main square in Les Orres 1800, allowing you to enjoy a quiet stay in the heart of the resort. Facing east, it offers a view of the resort and its slopes.
It is accessible from the building's main entrance via elevator 1.
It features an entrance hall with storage space, a living room with sofa bed and TV, a dining room - fitted kitchen, two separate bedrooms with TV, two bathrooms (one with bath), and a balcony with garden furniture.
In the apartment you'll find a wide range of equipment for your stay: all kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, fondue machine and traditional oven.
Sleeping arrangements include a 160 x 190 cm sofa bed in the living room, a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the first bedroom, a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the second bedroom, and two 90 x 190 cm bunk beds in the sleeping area, for a total capacity of 8 people.
You'll be less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, as well as from the start of the ski slopes, and in summer just a few hundred meters from mountain bike trails and the first footpaths.
