Families Only Detached villa, built on a 900 m² plot, features a beautiful garden
terrace with hammocks, 8x5 fenced pool and outdoor shower. At
to the right of the pool is the outdoor area with built-in barbecue and petanque court.
The villa is located approx. 500m from the sea, 700m from Calafat marina
and approx. 600m from the sandy beach "La Almadrava". The house (not including
terraces) measures 62 m² and comprises three bedrooms with double beds,
two of which have access to the pool area, a bathroom with shower, a separate
kitchen and living-dining room that leads to the covered
terrace. It is equipped with kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, etc... gas stove,
electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher,
microwave, Italian coffee maker and capsule coffee maker. WIFI available.
