From the bridge over the river Adour, you can enjoy a picturesque view of the old houses with their wooden balconies lining the river. The surrounding countryside promises peace and quiet. From the windows of this gîte, you'll have a view of the owners' pretty vegetable garden and flower-filled park. Adjoining the owners on the ground floor, the Balloche gite offers a living room with kitchenette equipped with microwave, electric oven, 3 gas rings + 1 electric, fridge-freezer, relaxation area with BZ and armchair, TV corner, wifi connection. Shower room with toilet, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, 1 crib). Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Electric heating, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, shared courtyard. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
