Located in a quiet and residential area on the border of the municipalities of Sainte Luce and Rivière Salee, this villa enjoys a magnificent panoramic view of the south of Martinique and the 'Diamant' rock. On a clear day, you will even see Saint Lucia!
Its central location allows quick access to the most beautiful beaches and the main tourist sites in the south of the island between 8Km and 12Km (Sainte Luce and Le Diamant).
A supermarket and a bakery are located 2.2 km away. Other shops are also available in Rivière Salée, about 4.5 km away.
