The villa is located 5 minutes from the Raisins Clairs beach (one of the most beautiful in Guadeloupe) and close to the town centre, the Marina and the jetty for boat trips to the islands.
This very nice 160m2 family villa, fully air-conditioned, can accommodate up to 8 people. It is divided into two living areas, separated by a large covered common patio. Ideal for two families or groups of friends, each with their own space and privacy.
The first part has:
- 1 air-conditioned master suite with a motorised Queen Size bed (160/200), its private shower room with toilet,
- 1 air-conditioned mezzanine open to the living room and equipped with 2 single beds,
- 1 large open-plan living area with sofa and large flat-screen TV, opening onto the terrace.
The second part consists of:
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen Size double bed (160/200),
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together (180/200),
- 1 shared shower room,
- 1 guest toilet,
- 1 very well-equipped separate kitchen, with a 'dining area' with table and chairs,
- 1 large partially shaded terrace of over 200m² with direct access to the pool, including a bioclimatic terrace with table and chairs and garden furniture, the perfect place to enjoy meals and aperitifs while enjoying the view of the pool and tropical garden.
You will enjoy a large 1600m² tropical garden in a quiet and private setting.
The villa is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility and seniors.
