The villa is located 5 minutes south of the town of Deshaies, 2 minutes from the charming Leroux beach, 8 minutes from the Sublime Grande Anse beach, 4 minutes from the Botanical Garden, former property of Coluche.
Its geographical location will allow you to enjoy the many assets of Basse Terre in Guadeloupe: very beautiful beaches in Deshaies, exceptional diving in Pointe Noire, lush vegetation on the hills...and its many activities oriented towards the sea (swimming, diving, Grand-Cul de Sac marin..) or towards the mountain (hiking, waterfalls, volcano ..).
