The private pool, open from 01/01 to 31/12, offers a refreshing oasis year-round. The barbecue and outdoor furniture invite you to share convivial meals al fresco, surrounded by picturesque views of the garden and the surrounding mountains.

The villa's interior is designed for comfort and convenience. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa (convertible for a child over 10 years old), a flat-screen TV with DVD/Blu-ray player, and a desk with two chairs for a dedicated workspace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils, along with a dining table.
