The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern layouts, all with balcony or terrace.

This charming 60 m² T4 duplex apartment is ideally located in the center of Les Orres 1800 and sleeps 10. Ideal for a stay with family or friends.
It faces north-west and offers a breathtaking view of the peaks and the embrunaise valley.
It comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a large living room on the first floor with relaxing armchairs and television, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, a sleeping area, two bathrooms (one with bathtub), separate WCs, and two balconies opening onto the living room and upstairs bedrooms.
In terms of sleeping arrangements, the apartment has three bedrooms: one on the first floor with shelves and coat racks for your belongings, and two more upstairs, each equipped with 140x190cm double beds.
A mountain corner with two 80x190cm single bunk beds and a 2-person pull-out sofa bed complete the sleeping arrangements.
The accommodation is equipped with a host of amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible, including dishwasher, Senseo and filter coffee maker, oven, raclette machine and, above all, washing machine.
