Accommodation:
In a residence with elevator, the apartment comprises two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a closet and a large terrace overlooking the Capucins beaches. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning, and each bedroom has wall-mounted ceiling fans.
On the night side, you'll find two bedrooms, each with two single beds 90 x 190 cm (making a double bed 180 cm) and plenty of storage space.
In the bathroom, you'll find a large double washbasin, a towel dryer and a bathtub.
The living room features two sofas and a TV with DVD and cassette player, perfect for the little ones!
The terrace has a dining table so you can enjoy a good meal with a breathtaking view of the Capucins beach.
Parking :
The apartment has a private parking space inside the residence. The residence is totally enclosed by a code gate and an electric gate.
Equipment:
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a good set of appliances, you have everything you need to cook! Air conditioning in the living room.
Environment:
Plage des Capucins is a pretty beach set right next to the small Capucins harbor. Made of sand and gravel, Plage des Capucins boasts all amenities: first-aid post, toilets, children's playground.
A sandy playground has been created and nearby restaurants make it a safe and pleasant family beach to visit.
And like all La Ciotat beaches, it offers a stunning landscape between the famous Bec de l'Aigle and the enchanting bay.
