HASPARREN, C710 : This large house is located on the outskirts of the village of Hasparren. Comprising 3 levels, this very large house has been tastefully renovated throughout. It is ideal for holidaymakers, families or friends, as it sleeps 14 in 11 bedrooms.
The first floor houses the living areas: equipped kitchen, dining area, entrance hall, living room and TV lounge. The large entrance hall opens onto the open-plan living room, equipped with a working fireplace (wood not supplied). The TV lounge is independent.
The 1st floor offers 7 bedrooms plus a shower room and bathroom. Two of the bedrooms open onto the balcony (with views of the countryside and the terrace), and two others have their own bathroom or shower room.
The 2nd floor comprises two "dormitories" and two bedrooms. There's also a shower room with separate toilet.
The large, fully paved terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a table and chairs for meals.
Plus: an outbuilding converted into a games room: pool table, bar, pinball machine, etc.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (a fee is payable on request).
The rental must be left clean (a cleaning service can be arranged for a fee).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out on each departure (cf art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers have 24 hours to inform us of anything they feel is not in order, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that no damage has occurred. In the case of a pre-assessment, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.
Optional services to be paid for on site and booked before arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: 10 €.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/week: €5.
- Household cleaning C710 : 200 €.
This accommodation is provided by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in ad), a supplement may apply.
