This spacious 140m2 house is located in the quiet urbanization Martín Miguel, Club de Golf in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in 2022 is the Spanish Capital of Gastronomy.
It is only 10 minutes car ride from the beach of Bajo de Guía and of the center of Sanlúcar.

This spacious 140m2 house is located in the quiet urbanization Martín Miguel, Club de Golf in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in 2022 is the Spanish Capital of Gastronomy.
It is only 10 minutes car ride from the beach of Bajo de Guía and of the center of Sanlúcar.

Located in a 800m2 land with porch, the house is painted in the typical Andalusian white with flowers that brighten up its facade.

Ideal for a family with children, you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay.

As you can see in the photos, the house consists of the following spaces:

- A lounge area with lounge sofa, fireplace (we do not provide firewood but we tell you where to buy it) and dining table.
From the living room, you will have access through the glass doors to the porch.

-In the adjacent room is the kitchen equipped with modern appliances: oven, microwave, induction hob and refrigerator.
The kitchen also has access to the porch.

-The porch with a table for six and two rocking chairs.

Back inside the house, the sleeping space is organized as follows:
- 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200, built-in closet and large windows overlooking the plot and the beautiful sunset of Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed of 90x200

- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed of 90x200
We especially recommend those bedrooms for children.

- 2 full bathrooms (one en-suite)

-In the outdoor area, a beautiful natural garden covered with little flowers and automatic irrigation (between 6-8h and at night between 21-23h).

- Parking area, outside and semi-covered.

It is a warm and cozy space in winter, cool in summer, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest.

Guests have access to the entire property.
Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided.

The windows have triple glazing, air chamber and solar protection so the house is very well insulated from cold and heat.

The property has underfloor heating. In addition, a closed fireplace in the living room with accessories (broom and shovel), no firewood is provided but we indicate you where to buy it.

There is no air conditioning throughout the house, but there is 1 air conditioning machine in the living room, which has a cold air split and a wooden ceiling fan, which works with switch and remote control.

Hot water by natural gas boiler.

As for parking, the house has a private outdoor parking space. It is also possible to park for free on the street.

The guest will be able to enjoy the communal spaces offered by the urbanization: garden areas with swings for the little ones.
Automatic irrigation is activated in the morning, between 6-8h and at night between 21-23h. However, the gardener will turn off the irrigation as needed.

Additional Elements
Bicycles for children 2 for adults at the guest's disposal (2 baby seats for the additional bikes and only two small helmets) and some board games.

-Information about the urbanization:
The urbanization has beautiful views of the mouth of the Guadalquivir River and the Doñana National Park. You can enjoy private security, landscaped common areas, swings for the little ones and bar cafeteria.

It is necessary to have a car, easy parking. Two small stores, very complete and with daily bread in the urbanization, are located very close to the house, plus 2 bars with beautiful views of the Doñana National Park, especially at sunset. Other nearby supermarkets are Dia and Mercadona, which are located outside the urbanization.

Sanlúcar was the port of departure for some of the great expeditions to America. Situated at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, Sanlúcar has two emblematic quarters, Barrio Alto and Barrio Bajo, and numerous points of interest, some of which are : Plaza del Cabildo, Templo de Nuestra Señora de los Desamparados, Las Covachas, Palacio de Orleans Borbón where the present town hall is located, Parroquia de Nuestra Señora de la O, Palacio Ducal de Media Sidonia, Castillo de Santiago.

It is also known for its beaches. Bonanza beach is 8 minutes away by car. The beach of Sanlúcar centre is 14 minutes away.
Other beaches of interest are those of Chipiona or Rota and Puerto de Santa Maria on the Atlantic Ocean.

Don't miss the gastronomy of Cádiz. There are 2 bars close to the house, easily accessible on foot, and a third one opening soon. It is advisable to visit them especially at sunset for the views of the Doñana National Park.
Other places of interest in Sanlúcar for its gastronomic offer are: the bar "Taberna der Guerrita", the restaurants of Bajo de Guía, El Espejo, La lobera and the restaurant of Argüeso.
You will find 2 grocery stores close to the house, easy to reach on foot.
Día and Mercadona are only a few minutes away by car.

To move around the area you need a car. Parking is not a problem, you can take up to two cars, as one can be parked in the private parking space of the house and the other on the street.
