The living room and dining area has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor and includes a sofa and armchairs for you to cosy up on, as well as a flatscreen TV for you to kick back in front of - absolutely ideal for socialising as much as relaxing. The room also benefits from a dining table which can comfortably seat four guests. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, has been redesigned to a very high standard and is ready for you to cook up a storm. On the second floor, you will find the bedrooms. Both maintain a trendy vibe in its selection of decor and stylish yet calming colourways. Furthermore, there is a desk if you ever need to get some work done during your stay. Additionally, there is a bathroom on the same floor, which is meticulously and carefully dressed with all necessary amenities and toiletries. To top it off, the home has a quaint yet spacious garden area - ideal for warm summer evenings. The space has an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down in the garden.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Situated in an enviable location just off Peckham Road, it is the perfect location for friends or family looking to get the most out of what London has to offer. You will be surrounded by a myriad of amazing restaurants and bars, let alone a variety of parks and commons. With various bus and overground stations in the area, you have easy access to anywhere in London.

London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. The property is superbly located within just a short walk of Denmark Hill station for fast and frequent overground connections as well as Thameslink trains into Central London. There are also numerous regular bus routes linking the surrounding area. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.

The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please be advised that scaffoldings are erected outside the property. During this period, there will be noise disruption and men working in the vicinity. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. This home is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in.
