The living room has been stylishly designed with choice pieces of decor, and includes a sofa for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of - ideal for evenings after a long day of exploring London. Down the hall, guests will find the open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary amenities and features authentic hardwood floors and a dining table that comfortably seats 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms - both maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Additionally, the house is equipped with a beautiful bathroom featuring a bath and a top-mounted shower. To top it off, the home benefits from a rear patio complete with garden furniture. The apartment maintains an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down on the patio.

The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

This home is located in a quaint residential area of Fulham. The area has many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. The home is in a quiet and safe part of town, but offers easy connection via bus and tube to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods - the perfect base for exploring the best that the city has to offer! The home itself is on a quiet road surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes.

London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. The home is equidistant to Putney Bridge and Hammersmith tube stations. With the tube station close by you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. In addition, you’ll also be able to catch a bus or hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. For football lovers, it’s also located close to Stamford Bridge stadium and Craven Cottage stadium.

The home has steps in the hallway and therefore may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. By staying in this apartment you are agreeing to the tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested. This apartment is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in.
