Our 42 sq. m. apartment in Rue du Coq, on the 4th floor (no elevator) of an old building, is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the Old Port via La Canebière, and 8 minutes from Cours Julien with its lively bars and restaurants. The Marseille St-Charles TGV train station is less than 5 min away on foot. The apartment features a spacious living room with lounge area and fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a large sunny terrace. The sleeping area features a mezzanine bedroom with double bed and storage space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity unit and separate toilet. You'll appreciate its location in the heart of Marseille and its proximity to public transport (bus, metro, streetcar).

To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.



To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.

Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
