The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

Ideally located at the foot of the slopes and in the heart of Les Orres 1800 in the "Les Valérianes" building, you'll find all amenities just a stone's throw away: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski rental stores...
Enjoy the view from your east-facing balcony of the ski slopes and surrounding larch forest.
The apartment features an entrance hall with storage space leading to the sleeping area, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, a master bedroom, a living area with sofa and TV, and a fully-equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, microwave, fridge, raclette machine, toaster, kettle...
Sleeping facilities include a sofa bed in the living room, two 90 x 190 cm single bunk beds in the mountain area and a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the bedroom, for a total capacity of 6 people.
LITTLE EXTRAS :
- Direct access to the ski slopes from the ski locker, where you can store your ski equipment in a private box.
- The residence's heated outdoor pool and sauna cabins are included with your reservation.
