Ground floor: 14m² kitchen/dining room. Second floor: 13m² TV lounge, bedroom (1 double bed) with desk, shower room and separate toilet. Second floor: attic bedroom (2 single beds) with library and children's desk. Additional charges: electricity and heating (depending on season). Beds made up on arrival, towels and household linen provided. A large, pleasant 45 m² stone-paved terrace, bordered by an enclosed garden, provides privacy and peace and quiet. Tourist attractions: La Closeraie is an ideal base for hiking or mountain biking in the forest (stag bellowing in September). 4 km quad biking and paintball. 5 km to 18-hole golf course. 8 kms from vineyards (Champagne route in July). 25 kms from Forêt d'Orient National Park and lakes. 42 km from Nigloland amusement park. A 50€00 cleaning deposit is required on arrival. Between Champagne and Burgundy, in the hamlet of Les Bordes, this gîte adjoining the owners' house is housed in the former fodder dryer of an 1813 barn. Just 15 minutes from the A5 freeway and less than 2h00 from Paris, we're in the heart of the Rumilly state forest, 30 minutes from Troyes town center (factory outlet), 30 minutes from Tonnerre, 8 minutes from Chaource (all amenities) and at the gateway to the Champagne vineyards.
