On the first floor, the gite offers a kitchen with dining area, a living room, a bright dining room in the veranda, a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a bathroom (shower + bath + double washbasin) and separate WC with washbasin. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a single bedroom (bed 90x190) and a triple bedroom (3 beds 90x190) with TV. On the landing, a relaxation/games area with armchairs and library ideal for children. Outside, parking in front of the house, enclosed garden with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs. To make your stay easier, beds will be made on arrival, towels and household linen provided, utilities included and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Parties are not permitted inside or outside the accommodation. In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient lakes, 5 minutes from the beaches of Lusigny sur Barse and Mesnil Saint Père and 25 minutes from Troyes, come and stay in this comfortable gite.
