Béatrice and Denis welcome you to their gîte, which opened in January 2024. It has been completely renovated. Located in the Val de Loire area, a UNESCO World Heritage site for living cultural landscapes. At the gateway to Sologne and the Loire castles. The "Loire à Vélo" cycle route passes 3 km from the village. 1h30 from Paris, 15 min from Orléans, CO'Met and Zénith. Shops and restaurants 3 km away. The 110 m² gîte adjoins the owners' house and is entirely independent. It has an enclosed courtyard that can be used for parking, and a pretty garden with trees and a terrace for meals.
In summer, the heated swimming pool is open from June to September, from 3pm to 7pm. The pool is located in the owners' garden (access via a gate from your garden).
On the first floor you'll find a fully fitted kitchen, a bright living room, a shower room and an independent toilet. On the 1st floor, two bedrooms, one with two single beds 90x190 cm and the other with a double bed 140x190 cm, a shower room and separate wc. On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm.
All-inclusive rates: bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, heating included, bathroom linen provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Pool towels not supplied. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Arrival from 4 pm and departure at 10 am.
You can park your car in the courtyard behind the manual gate on a busy street.
