For your vacations, we offer this 65 m2 air-conditioned apartment for rent, located just a few steps from Les Lecques beach.
The apartment is very bright, with an entrance hall leading to a large living room, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a double terrace, one facing the living room with a surface area of approx. 6 m2, and the second facing the kitchen with a surface area of approx. 5 m2. Enough to enjoy the sun, the warmth of the south and long meals with family or friends in total peace and quiet.
On the night side, there's a 13 m2 bedroom with a double bed, and a second 12 m2 bedroom with two single beds and a cupboard for your belongings.
The bathroom has plenty of storage space and a single vanity unit. Separate WC.

Free parking spaces are available in the residence.

Les Lecques beach is a large family beach with fine sand. Walk along the boardwalk to discover its sublime 2 km stretch of sand and its picture-postcard views. Restaurants and shops are also available. The bathing establishments on Les Lecques beach are open from April to October. Water sports available in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddling, windsurfing, jet skiing.
