Stay in this beautiful studio ideal for 2 people, in the famous Panier district, 3 min walk from the Old Port, 5 min from the metro and 20 min from Gare St-Charles. It's the ideal base for discovering Marseille!
Space
Our 21 m² studio is located on Rue Beauregard, in the heart of the Panier district, on the 1st floor (no elevator) of an old building. Marseille's Old Port is less than a 3-minute walk away. The apartment features a bright living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area has a double bed for 2 people. The bathroom has a shower, vanity unit with mirror and toilet. Ideal for visiting Marseille, close to transport links (metro 5 min) and within easy reach of the Old Port (3 min), Mucem and La Major Cathedral (10 min walk).
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Near our accommodation in Les Réformés, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
