A beautiful pool with hydromassage, surrounded by a wooden deck and comfortable sun loungers forms the heart of the villa. Enjoy a refreshing drink while you bathe in the warm summer sun. Let the children play carefree in the play corner with basketball hoop, table tennis table and trampoline, as you can always keep an eye on them from here. The garden offers privacy thanks to a high wooden fence that protects you from prying eyes. Enjoy delicious meals prepared on the charcoal barbecue with the whole family on the covered terrace with dining table. The interior, which you reach via the terrace, exudes a touch of romance. Light, soft colors and wooden beams as well as a fireplace make the fully air-conditioned interior immediately feel cozy. On the ground floor you will find the cozy living area, the fully equipped kitchen and one of the lovingly designed bedrooms with a double bed. On the second floor you will find two more beautiful bedrooms that promise peaceful and restful nights. Each of the bedrooms has its own pretty, modern bathroom. Villa Giovanni can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests who want to spend a wonderful vacation in central Istria. Actively explore the breathtaking region and find relaxation in this oasis of peace at the end of an exciting day.Villa Giovanni is located in a small village of Pami?i, just 3 km from ?minj in central Istria. ?minj is a small town in Istria, situated 355 meters above sea level in the Lim and Ra?a valleys. The administrative center of the Istrian peninsula, Pazin, is 13 km away from the village. Central Istria is known for its landscape of small, picturesque, medieval towns, irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence. Beautiful landscapes and cultural heritage can be found here. ?minj and small villages in the surrounding area are known for agritourism, hiking and cycling tours. The town traditionally celebrates one of the most popular folk festivals in Istria - Bartulja (end of August). This is dedicated to the patron saint of ?minj, St. Bartholomew (in the church of St. Bartholomew). The tourist hotspots on the coast with crystal clear sea and sights are only a short drive away from the villa: Pula (45 km), Rovinj (20 km), Pore? (30 km).
