The beautiful Villa Mathilda is located near Zminj. Surrounded by forests, olive groves and unspoiled nature, this villa is ideal for 6 adults and 2 children. In the well-tended garden, the pool invites you to refresh yourself on hot summer days. There are sun loungers and a parasol around the pool. A dining area with barbecue is available on the covered terrace - perfect for a lovely barbecue evening with your loved ones! You can relax in the jacuzzi and sauna. Fitness equipment, table soccer and darts are also available. Children can look forward to a playground in the garden. On the ground floor you will find the spacious and elegant living room, the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and one of the bathrooms. On the lower floor there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own TV and en-suite bathroom. If you want to spend a relaxing vacation, then Villa Mathilda is the ideal place to do it.If all roads in Europe lead to Rome, all roads in Istria lead to Zminj, the center of Istria and the old interface. The vacation home is located just outside Zminj in an ideal location for exploring the region. In the village you will find all amenities, stores, restaurants etc. The picturesque medieval hilltop towns, traditional villages where time has stood still and landscapes of unique beauty are ideal for scenic drives, cycling and hiking. Excellent traditional cuisine and first-class wines, for which this region is world-famous, add the final ingredients to an unforgettable vacation. Wherever you arrive, the locals will offer you a wonderful, warm welcome to this fascinating region. The coast with its major tourist centers is only a short drive away, as is Pula airport. Istria is well connected and has an excellent, uncrowded road system.
