This beautiful family villa Ladonja is located in Sveti Petar u Sumi, a very picturesque village in central Istria. This fully fenced villa has a pool where you can swim and refresh yourself on hot summer days. You can sunbathe on the deckchairs and enjoy the sun's rays. If you want to prepare an outdoor lunch for your family, there is a barbecue, a terrace and a covered dining area at your disposal. Upon entering the villa, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped and modern kitchen with everything you need to cook a variety of delicacies, a dining area and a living room. Istria and its cycle paths are ideal for cycling. The road connections are excellent. The motorway takes you to Pula or Trieste airports.
