At the center of the outdoor area is the large, inviting pool, which serves as the perfect solution for hot summer days. If you enjoy al fresco dining, the villa also has a charcoal barbecue, as well as an outdoor dining area. On the open plan ground floor, which has direct access to the terrace and pool, you will find the cozy living room and the fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms are also located on the ground floor, while 2 further bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are on the second floor. The town of Zminj has always played an important role thanks to its central location which is easily accessible from all sides. This location is perfect for walks through the unspoiled nature, but sports enthusiasts can also go hiking or cycling. Visit the medieval town, see the churches, city walls and towers and enjoy the atmosphere. The oldest festival in Istria is called Brtulja and takes place in Zminj on the last Saturday in August. Take part in the festival and taste local products such as cheese and prosciutto. You can also buy handmade toys and souvenirs. No matter where you go, the locals will welcome you. And if you feel like it, the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea with beautiful beaches, as well as the biggest tourist towns are just a short drive from the villa.
