The property is located in Arco a charming town situated in the Sarca Valley near Lake Garda in northern Italy. The town is nestled amidst the dramatic cliffs and rock formations of the Sarca Valley and surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation - a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a wide range of recreational activities including hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking and paragliding.
Nearby, visitors can relax and rejuvenate at the thermal baths of Comano Terme (a 30-minute drive), known for its healing properties and wellness treatments or visit Sabbioni Beach in Riva del Garda which is an 11-minute drive away.
