Come and enjoy our Landes house, rated 4 stars by the Landes tourist board (see Capbreton tourist office website).
You'll have a great time by the 10x5 swimming pool, not overlooked, in 900 m2 of enclosed grounds.
On the ground floor you'll find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath, with separate wc. A large living room opens onto the terrace and pool. The separate kitchen opens onto the terrace.
Upstairs you'll find a large bedroom and a shower room with toilet.
Our house is located close to the golf course, less than 2 km from the center of Hossegor and its lively market.
With secure bike paths, you're just a 1/4-hour bike ride from the beaches.
