For your vacations, we offer this 55 m2 air-conditioned apartment for rent, located just a few steps from the beach at La Ciotat.

Quietly located, the apartment is bright and well appointed. It comprises an entrance hall opening onto a large living room with sofa bed and open-plan kitchen. The living room opens onto a small patio, allowing you to enjoy the warmth of the sun in complete serenity. On the night side, there's a 14 m2 bedroom with a 180 x 190 cm double bed, equipped with a wardrobe for storing your belongings.

There's also a shower room with a single vanity unit and WC.

Parking :
For parking, you have access to private parking space N°9 inside the residence.

Washing machine; dishwasher; air-conditioning; wifi internet; television; double bed (140cm); coffee machine; microwave; toaster; vacuum cleaner; sufficient crockery and cooking utensils for the sleeping capacity indicated.

Environment :
Plage Lumière is a large family beach with fine sand. All along the beaches of La Ciotat you can enjoy restaurants and shops. The bathing establishments on the beaches of La Ciotat welcome you from April to October. Water sports available in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddling, windsurfing, jet skiing.
