VILLA TIGANI includes independent apartments in a very quiet area, ideal for those who love the sea and relaxation. ACCESS TO THE BEACH IS DIRECT through the garden gate. The latter is very large, with lawn, relaxation areas with hammocks, outdoor chairs and tables, barbecue area with gazebo, shaded parking spaces. Being private, it is entirely fenced and access is permitted only to guests who will enjoy the exclusive use of a remote control to open the automated gate. There are outdoor showers (with mixer) and very convenient lockers for those going to or returning from the beach.
Each apartment is furnished and equipped to guarantee excellent comfort and a peaceful stay; ideal for 4/5 people include: two bedrooms with orthopedic mattresses and bed bases, a bathroom with shower or bathtub, large well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, large terrace or balcony, smart TV, washing machine, video intercom, mosquito nets, air conditioning, heating, free Wi-fi.
There are restaurants close to the property that can be reached on foot in a few minutes by walking along the adjacent seafront; five minutes by car from shopping centres, shops, bars and just three kilometers from Soverato, the "Pearl of the Ionian". The cleanliness we guarantee is maximum and rental of bathroom linen, sheets and apartment cleaning are available during your stay. Parties and nighttime noise are not allowed as the rule in force in the property is that of peace and relaxation. For July and August reservations are taken from Saturday to Saturday.
