A security deposit of a minimum total amount of 195 € (security deposit of 100 € and cleaning fee of 95 €, in two cheques if necessary) will be requested when you hand over the keys on the day of your arrival. These deposits will be returned to you on the day of your departure, after an inventory and inventory of fixtures have been carried out.
