Also Available For Mid-term Staying! The House is located on a hill looking at the sea in the distance, it has a terrace and a small garden dotted with flowers and plants. The house is ideal for those looking for a unique experience, in a well-kept, peaceful rustic setting not far from all the main services and beaches of Illetes, Cala Nova, Cala Mayor, Puerto Portals. It can accommodate up to 4 people in two double bedrooms served by a full bathroom and a service bathroom. Cats live in the garden of the property carrying out an independent life. If you are allergic it is an element that should not be underestimated.
Can Mulet is a comfortable rustic house a few minutes driving from beautiful beaches and Palma centre, ideal for small families and group of friends in search of disconnection and pure mallorquin life! At night you can always stroll around and walk to a typical restaurant where to enjoy mallorquin and international food.
During Winter/summer Time Extra Heating/ac Costs Might Be Applied. You Will Be Charged 0,2eur/kw. First 100kw/week Included.
From May To October Included, We Will Collect Upon Arrival Tourism Tax. It Will Be 2EUR/person/day Unless Minor Of 16 Years Old, In This Case You Are Exempt.

The neighborhood of Génova is a couple of kilometres from Palma and has long been known for its restaurants serving mallorquin food. If you reach the top of Génova you can enjoy spectacular views over Palma and the Sierra de Na Burguesa. Another interesting attraction are the caves that lie to 36 meters below sea level. For a typical dinner you can count on the amazing range of restaurants that can be reached by walking through the residential streets of the village.
Bus line 46 and 47 takes you to Palma and the sea line of Sant Agusti and Cala Mayor. The bus stop is about 250 meters walk from the property. Free parking available on the street.
There are cats living in the garden, but they live an independent life!
