Splendid and characteristic farmhouse (400 m2) that dates back to the early 15th century. Once belonging to the Medici family, it is situated in a small valley amid the Chianti hills and has been skilfully restored and transformed into a cosy country house. The house is comfortable and tastefully furnished. The property enjoys peace and quiet and a lovely view of the countryside. At the guests' disposal 3 ha with olive trees, well-kept equipped lawn with swimming-pool (17x7)(25/04-15/10). Parking. Baby bed available. Central heating. Access to the house along 900 m of dirt track road, not in perfect condition. To be requested when booking and paid for on the spot: domestic help (13 euros/hour), tipical Tuscan dinners (euros 35/per person, wines included).
