Property for exclusive use
Typical stone farmhouse (320 m2) set in a vast estate covering 460 hectares near Castellina in Chianti. Quiet, panoramic position overlooking vineyards and the gentle Chianti hills (alt. 350 m). A private, fenced-in swimming pool (6x16) is available to guests (01/05-13/10). A laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer) is located in an annex next to the pool, shared with the other tenants of the complex. Simple but complete furnishings with some period pieces. Cot available (please ask when booking). Pool towels can be rented for a fee. Possibility of buying products from the estate and guided wine and oil tastings in the medieval cellar. Parking available.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets allowed for a fee (Euro 30/pet/week), arrivals between 3pm and 7pm.

(Outbuilding 80 m2): 1st floor: (access via outside staircase): living room, kitchen/dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
DISTANCES: 7 km from Castellina in Chianti (grocery stores, tennis), 10 km from Monteriggioni (and its evocative fortress), 16 km from Poggibonsi (various stores), 23 km from Siena, 26 km from San Gimignano, 55 km from Florence.
