The house is located is San Pedro del Pinatar, next to the Mediterranean and Mar Menor.
It´s close to bars, restaurants, shops, bus station and town center. Nearest airports are Corvera Murcia 40 km and Alicante Elche 80 km.
It is on a corner plot in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. A large ground floor terrace with private pool, balcony and a large roof-sun terrace. It has three bedrooms, 2 bathroom and an open kitchen dining/living room. Fully equipped kitchen with wine cooler and an outside barbecue(gas).
Free Wi-Fi, TV (streaming) and Ac in all rooms. Free parking on the street outside of the house or on the plot.
Feel free to use the portable sun chairs and sun umbrellas for a visit to one of the many nearby beaches, El Mojón 2,3 km, Derribada 3,0 km, Higuericas 2,8 km, Villananitos (Mar Menor) 3,5 km.
