In a charming Belle Époque villa in Cabourg, this beautiful duplex with terrace can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Just a 5-minute walk from Cabourg beach, and close to all shops and restaurants, you'll be in the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful stay on the Côte fleurie.
Located on the 1st floor of the villa (with stairs), in the heart of the Cabourg fan and just a few minutes from the beach, this charming T3 apartment features a beautiful 37m² living space. Quiet and bright, this refurbished duplex includes :
- a sunny terrace with table and deckchairs,
- a lovely living room with a 2-seater sofa bed,
- a small, bright bedroom with a double bed,
- another small bedroom with two single beds,
- a closet upstairs,
- bathroom with shower,
- well-equipped open kitchen (toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, hob, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer and ironing facilities,

INFORMATION: please note that the stairs are quite steep and may not be suitable for small children, the elderly or people with reduced mobility. The second bedroom is not very bright.
