Located on the 1st floor of a secure building with no elevator, this charming old-style apartment, with terracotta floor tiles and exposed beams, offers 100 m² of comfortable living space:
- a comfortable, bright living room,
- a first bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm) and TV corner with sofa bed,
- a second bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
