Located 10 minutes' walk from the beach, close to shops and all amenities, this accommodation is perfect for a stay on the Ile d'Oléron.
This pretty 52 m² house, with a garden and access to the residence's many amenities, comprises :

Neighborhood
Just a few minutes by bike or car from Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, you can stroll through its pedestrian streets and discover its weekly markets, numerous boutiques, cinema and museum. History buffs can reach the Château de Bonnemie in the town center in 30 minutes by bike, and the famous Lanterne des Morts in 9 minutes by car. A 10-minute drive will take you to the charming port of Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, La Cotinière. With bike rentals nearby, you can easily explore the whole region by bike, and leave your car in the parking lot in front of the accommodation.
