This 30 m² apartment lets you enjoy a relaxing stay in absolute peace and quiet. Set in a wooded environment, this apartment comprises :
- a charming living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a mountain corner with a bunk bed (2 single beds),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine,
- well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, microwave combo, hob, dishwasher, fridge),

Please note that it is necessary to go down stairs (two floors) without an elevator to access the first floor of the accommodation. The mountain configuration of the residence places the building entrance higher than the accommodation. Although located on level 0, the accommodation overlooks the 1ᵉʳ floor on the cliff side (veranda).

Neighborhood
Located in the Passeaux district, you'll have quick access to the Bergers snow front, with its slopes, ski lifts, ski school and shopping center. To get there, simply take the public elevator 50 meters from the residence, then the Alpe Express, a modern, free gondola that will drop you off quickly (5 minutes) on the Bergers snow front. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find a bakery on Place Paganon (10 minutes' walk), and the downtown area of Avenue des Jeux, just 10 minutes' walk away, is packed with shops, an ice rink and a swimming pool. The Palais des Sports is also a seven-minute walk away. So you're in the best place to enjoy the Alps' famous winter sports resort.
