CAMBO, C216: In a beautiful, recent, secure residence, this 2-person apartment is close to the town center, and offers a quiet, not overlooked environment. This comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor (two flights of 8 steps) with living room/kitchen opening onto the balcony-terrace and a green area. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, conventional oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob). The bedroom has a 160cm bed and a large closet. Shower room. Separate WC. Parking space.
INTERNET ACCESS - PETS NOT ALLOWED
Bed linen and towels are not provided (a fee is payable to the agency).
The rental must be left clean (cleaning service available at extra cost).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out on each departure (cf art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers have 24 hours to inform us of anything they feel is not in order, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that no damage has occurred. In the case of a pre-assessment, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.
Optional services to be paid on site and booked before your arrival:
- Exit cleaning T2 : 55 €.
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: 10 €.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/week: €5.
This accommodation is provided by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in ad), a supplement may apply.
