From the entrance to the house, there is the laundry room, followed by the lounge/dining room with its large windows overlooking the pool and grounds.
From the dining room, two steps lead up to the modern kitchen with access to a first outside terrace.
Also on this level is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
From the kitchen an open staircase leads to a mezzanine library ideal for relaxing (please note: for parents with young children, this staircase does not have a handrail on the first ascent).
Then, on the first floor, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two shower rooms with toilets.
Outside, a large covered terrace provides the perfect spot for al fresco dining. You can also enjoy the private swimming pool and it’s pool surround.
