Top floor apartment and has two bedrooms with a south-facing balcony. The furnishings are modern and stylish. One bedroom has a double bed (box spring), a single bed and a loft with a single bed. The loft is accessible through a separate ladder.
The other bedroom has two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for two people, three modern armchairs and a flat screen TV with satellite receiver.
The spacious dining area has an extendable dining table with a corner sofa and two chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and also, among other things, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a good set of chef's knives for the hobby chef.
The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower has a rain shower with additional hand shower, a towel dryer, toilet and underfloor heating.
There is a game/relaxation corner. From your private balcony you have a fantastic view of Lake Pressegger and the peaks of the Carnic Alps.
